• Martha’s response to a visit from Jesus was distraction.
• Mary’s response to a visit from Jesus was devotion.

How to have a Mary-Like encounter with Jesus:

• Identify and eliminate distractions
• Spend time in His Word getting to know Him.
• Identify and establish priorities.
• Take responsibility for our own spiritual health.

Main Point: Slow Down Christians!  Check yourself; are you more distracted or devoted?
