Rise Up! Wake Up!

Ephesians 5:1-21

Christians need to be imitators of God.

Sacrifice yourself for the Kingdom of God.

• Remain sexually pure.
• Be a good steward of what you have.
• Speak holy words, encouraging words, words of peace.

When we put self ahead of Christ – we are idolaters.

When we live the light of Christ we expose the darkness without saying a word.

WAKE UP! – Wake Up Christians!

• Live right!
• Live wise!
• Seize opportunity!
• Seek God’s will!
• Be filled with the Spirit!
• Love others more than yourself!

Main Point:  We must avoid becoming a sleeping church.  Only a church that is fully awake can Rise Up for Christ!
